A Warm Welcome

Once your service is booked you will receive a Welcome Guide via text and email with information on how to prep for your appointment, where to park, what to expect and more.

Each appointment includes an in depth consultation to assess your current hair goals, routines, techniques, concerns, struggles and how to achieve a cut and style that will suit your current lifestyle and hair.

Before any styling or cutting is done we’ll discuss your current hair health, scalp health, and hair type, as well as any potential new growth or breakage and how we will curate a customized service to suit you best.
Education & Styling

Cleansing and conditioning are the foundational steps to every curly hair routine. You’ll receive customized shampoo, conditioner, treatment and styling product recommendations that’ll achieve your desired curly hair styling.

Every styling routine and product recommendation is customized to each guest’s lifestyle, current hair health, desired results and commitment to healthy hair. You’ll receive step-by-step education in the chair and digitally on how to care for your hair at home.

Our journey continues beyond my chair. You’ll leave with custom hair care product recommendations and styling techniques to maintain your hair health between visits in addition access to my client exclusive styling guide and we will continue working towards your 1 year plan.
